1. General Support
For any technical issues, bug reports, feature requests, or account-related questions, feel free to reach out to our team.

🕘 Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT+6)
We usually respond within 24 hours (often much faster).
2. Using the Chrome Extension?
If you’re facing issues like:
- Extension not working on certain websites
- Textalyz is not showing in the right-click menu
- Problems with grammar fixes or translations
- Login or workspace-related errors
➡️ Please make sure you’re logged in, and check that permissions are enabled at:
chrome://extensions > Textalyz > Details

3. Using Textalyz in Slack?
If you’re having trouble with:
- Slash command /send not responding
- The text is not rewritten or translated properly
- Workspace connection or auth issues
➡️ Try re-authorizing the app or reinstalling it via your Slack settings.
